As we begin the 2025 season, we look forward to a full season, with a good number of new events. However it still leaves no time for us to stand still, and we are exceedingly excited that we are able to announce we have purchased a Renault Mover Low Loader Van, to be converted to a food truck. This has been a major aim for us for the last two years ,so we are expect to see this project get completed by the end of 2025. We aim to take all the experience of working out the trailer for the last four years, and improve the work flow area that the van offers in extra length. Further information will become available as we proceed with this major investment.

We are also redesigning the Gazebo Unit graphics giving it a new modern, sleek look. Hopefully this should be available during June 2025.

Lots happening at ChefStef.

As we move into 2024, Chefstef also moves forward to announce the acquisition of a new Unit to work from and create a base for us to expand into our future plans.

This should provide the base for another exciting development later in the year.

The council owned unit of 800 square foot will provide a newly built and purposely designed prep kitchen, along with much needed storage space for the ever increasing equipment and materials.

Work has commenced and we hope to be operational in the unit before the end of May 2024, in time for the new events season.
